I have brought in two cars now. They are very professional and honest with what they recommend. Their online appointment requests is something i also like vs calling around since most shops dont seem to use the internet at all. I like the warranty they offer for any parts they install. I also appreciate how they send you they overall "health" of the car with all their recommendations either based on mileage or what they are seeing to allow you to see for yourself what they are seeing and make an informed decision vs an on the spot discussion in the shop. I will be continuing to take my cars here in the future.

I stumbled on this automotive shop by accident. I was pleased with the work and the honesty of Matt.I was told by another mechanic i needed a brake job, but when I took it to Victory Auto Lane,they told me my brakes were good and I wouldn't need brakes for another year. I am definitely going back

This place has always been good. But they got better after they hired Rafael.

Matt and Janelle are awesome people to talk with , very down to earth personalities and willing help with any mechanical issues with my car and give me a good quote after their technician looks over the issues and fixing my car problem wasn’t any issues either. Very hard workers and great team workers.

Matt and his crew are great guys who know vehicles and give you an honest assessment of your vehicles issue.

Was referred here by Discount tire for a free wheel alignment check cause I just purchased 4 new tires. Matt was very friendly and helpful. My alignment was good and they did not charge me at all. These guys could have easily charged me for it but chose to be honest and genuine. I will be back because now a days you really don't know who you can trust!! UPDATE:4/29/22 I’ve been here multiple times since my initial visit and I am so happy to have found this place. Rachel and Matt are always friendly and Janelle (I think) who is new is just as nice! Also, they repaired my A/C and it is working better now than it did when I bought the car 6 years ago!

We have been taking our truck to Victory Lane auto for about 4 years. Everyone there has been great, prices are in line with other shops, but the work is done right the first time. We won't go anywhere else.
