Awesome service. Always very friendly and informative. I like the email and text options as well as ability to schedule appointments online. Email with inspection diagnostics is also great to have as a reference and helps me keep track of repairs needed or that have been done.

In and out in a less than expected timeframe. The price was agreeable as well. Hope they continue to serve others as well or better than they served me.

I always am very happy to work with Victory Lane. Their employees are super friendly and always happy to answer my questions and explain to me exactly what they are doing to my vehicle. I love as a female that the men here are not sexist and treat me like an equal human being. Ladies if you need your car serviced go here. They are so helpful! :) I have been taking my care to them for over 5 years and always pleased with their service.

Thanks to Matt and his crew. They are friendly, honest, and courteous. Their mechanics diagnosed and fixed the problem with my car and gave me suggestions on how to keep my vehicle in top shape. I will be bringing my car back here for all of its needs. Its hard to find a place that is honest and its not guided by greed and just making money. I’ve been to plenty of auto shops across the country and Victory Lane Auto has been by far my best experience yet. The service is high quality, professional, of good value, and the staff is welcoming, honest, and they work hard for you. Not to mention hand writing and mailing thank you cards after stopping in to get some work done..speaks for itself. Amazing service! This was my first time using a new business for my car needs as I recently moved. Between the convenience of being able to schedule my appointment online and Matt's correspondence throughout the day of what was going on with my car they made it super easy and simple.
