These folks are very knowledgeable about car warranty issues. They saved me $2800 on a faulty transmission and another bundle on a water pump because they were covered by Ford/Lincoln. That is real savings. There work is very good. I highly recommend them.

This place is awesome! My husband and I have been taking our cars to be serviced here for about 10 years now. They are always responsive to questions, professional, personable & competent. I have an airplane mechanic brother-in-law and brother who both do all their own auto work, but they live up in the DFW area. VLA is always on point with their diagnosis, rates and repairs and they never try to upsell me for unnecessary work. They feel just like family.😁

Finding a good auto shop family to service my vehicle is important to me. When we PCS’d back to the area, my in-laws recommended checking out Victory Lane after exclaiming about the great service they’ve received from this business. I’ve taken my vehicle here for oil changes along with work on the transmission. One of the highlights of their services is the detailed auto report they send out to give you more insight on everything they inspected while servicing the vehicle. Having this report available online so my husband could could view it while overseas was extremely helpful to us both. While there are many great places that can take care of your auto needs, it’s Victory Lane’s staff that makes you feel like family. I appreciate their emails and calls checking in on my SUV and seeing if I have any questions based on the last report. Someone like myself who isn’t so car savvy, it means a lot to have a business that aids clients in getting into a good maitenance routine along with full accountability with their report. Getting to talk to the people who worked on my vehicle at the last appointment has been great so we can cross reference the last report and I can hear their suggestions on what they feel we can hold off til a later date and prioritize other matters at hand.
