We recently had some major repair work done on our vehicle; it still needs much more work done on it, but we are saving up for that, as the work still needed isn't as urgent. Matt was the guy my husband interacted with, and he was very impressed at his honesty and knowledge. (My husband knows quite a bit about vehicles himself, but he doesn't have much time to work on ours, thus our need to find a shop!) Matt was able to clearly and truthfully communicate our vehicle's needs and was able to advise my husband what needed to be done first. He was very respectful and wasn't pushy at ALL. The work was completed in a timely manner, and was done excellently (according to my hubby, who knew what he was looking at!) To top off an already excellent experience, we received a handwritten thank you card, signed by all of the employees, and inside the card was a $25 credit for Victory Lane. WOW!!! Not only were we impressed by the handwritten note (what business does THAT anymore?!) but $25 to spend with them! That is very generous, in our opinion. (And we will definitely be returning to use the credit! LOL) We were just so impressed with the professionalism, the work, and the generosity. I believe that we have found a reliable place we can come to as long as we live in San Antonio! Thank you, Victory Lane!
