This is hands down the most reliable and honest automotive service center in San Antonio and surrounding areas. I have no idea why the other guy left a bad review. He obviously doesn't understand how to run a business. When I went to VL, they explained in detail everything that was NEEDED right now and recommended some repairs that might save me some heartache in the future. They did not push to do the repairs that could wait. They just wanted me to be aware of forthcoming issues. The service manager will go over in great detail what parts cost, what the mark up is, and what labor is. They hide nothing. Is there a markup on parts? Of course. That's part of the business and part of how they make a living. It also allows them to warranty the part and make repairs at no cost while under warranty. This was explained to me, I understood it, and authorized repairs. I was pleased with the professionalism, honesty, integrity, and performance of Victory Lane. 5 stars!!!!
