Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I don't love the price I had to pay. They will openly tell you that they are not the cheapest place in town. Saying that, when it seems like you cannot find a mechanic that can be trusted now-a-days (especially if you don't know much about cars), the price may be well worth it when it comes to Victory Lane. I just got my vehicle back today, so I will have a ways to go before I can truly give a 5 star review, but if the service and up-front honesty is telling, than I will have nothing to worry about. They also have a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on their parts and labor as well. Bottom line, if you are looking for a place that will be honest and up-front with you, then Victory Lane should be your first stop. I will update in a few years when all is said and done. 2 year update: My little Honda Civic is still running strong! I’ve taken my car exclusively to Victory Lane for oil changes and repairs. I can honestly say that I can trust Victory Lane for all of my car repair needs. 5 Stars!

Was referred here by Discount tire for a free alignment check cause I just purchased 4 new tires. Matt was very friendly and helpful. My alignment was good and they did not charge me at all. These guys could have easily charged me for it but chose to be honest and genuine. I will be back because now a days you really don't know who you can trust. So this might be a little long but worth the read. I live in Casper Wyoming and my daughter moved to Universal City Texas. She has a 2002 Ford Escape and it was giving her problems with shaking. I took it to several mechanic shops in town and not one could figure out the issue. I specifically asked if it needed a tune up and they all said it was a manufacturing issue and could not isolate the problem. I got it running better, enough to get her to Universal City. It got worse and wouldn't start half the time. So I looked for a shop that was close and came upon Victory Lane. With all the good reviews, I took a chance and set up an appointment. I just want to say this is the best mechanic shop I've ever had the privilege to be part of. I talked with Matt and they got my daughter's car in the next morning. By the afternoon they had diagnosed the problem to be a bad ignition coil and huge carbon build-up. They also sent me a link with a digital inspection in my email. My daughter says her car has never ran better. Thanks Matt, you guys are amazing.
