First cass service from a friendly ,knowledgeable crew

My 2004 Crown Vic P71 engine was knocking bad right next to the cover of the passenger side timing chain cover. I assumed that the tensioner or timing chain was bad. I left it with Matt their Service Manager this morning at 0900. My wife and I have put 98,000 on the already 100,000 without hardly any maintenance. Matt called about an hour later with better news. It was the water pump making the bad sound. They did a water pump replacement along with approx. 6 more items that I should have been doing over the years. Matt called at 1600 to say our car was done and running great. Our service tech (mechanic) was Steve and the owner of the shop gave me a ride home when I dropped it off. They are all very committed to doing a great job for a fair price. I will use them in the future to help me keep up the the maintenance.

Overall great service! I recently had several problems with my vehicle, they were able to receive my vehicle within 30min of my call. Right off sounded like they cared compared to a couple other places I called in the area, and gave me a car ride home. My vehicle went in Friday and got it back Tuesday afternoon. Properly diagnosed my vehicle and even gave me a heads up on some maintenance that needs tending to in the future, also was not pressured into some maintenance due to budget. Prices seem very fair to me, you get what you pay for, and that's great service! Thanks victory lane thanks Scott and Matt 👌
