I’m new to the area and glad I chose such a great shop. The staff is very nice and accommodating, they drove me home since I lived close and didn’t have a ride after dropping off my car. Their prices seem very fair and they are upfront about what your money will get you, and also about where the estimate may go up or go down depending on the materials and time needed. They have this neat aspect to their “courtesy check up,” in which they take an in depth look at your car and they actually send you a digital report that tells what is good, what should be serviced soon, and what really needs to be done, it also has their description of the issue, their recommendations, and pictures of worn parts and fluid checks. And since the report is digital, I can hold on to it for future repairs, knowing exactly what needs to be done to keep my car healthy. They also test drive the car so you don’t pay for them to repair your car and assume the problem is fixed, they make sure it is fixed. Overall a great experience. My only critique would be keeping people updated on their current bill, not that they tried to hide the bill, just makes it less likely customers have to call back because they forgot to ask how much their bill was before adding another fix. Thanks to all the great workers who helped me get my car in working order!
