I went in for an oil change, which was done quickly and efficiently. I also asked them to check my brakes because it had been a few years since I had them done. They said that the brakes were still okay but would probably need to be replaced the next time I brought it in for an oil change . I appreciated the honesty - many shops would have told me I needed them that day when I didn't. I will continue bringing my Genesis here for service. The staff is always friendly, which is also a big bonus.

After negative dealership experiences, I took my car to Victory Lane Automotive based on neighbors recommendations. Staff were friendly (cudos to Rachel), professional and the facility was clean and welcoming. Extensive work was performed in a timely and efficient manner, and repairs made the car handle like new. When a bad tire still caused alignment issues, Matt and his team eagerly realigned the car after the tire was fixed. I am very pleased with the services, staff and facility and will continue to use as needed. I highly recommend Victory Lane Automotive.
